General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away
What could possibly be wrong with MySQL 5 when it keeps complaining:

General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

once in a while. It works most times but fails sometimes with the above error. O/S is OS X.

Interesting error. Why dont you submit it to MySQL Bugs
