A good book for MySQL?

Hi!

Can anyone recommend a good book which would talk about MySQL from an Administrators point of view? I'm pretty fluent with Linux and Solaris, and have taken a few courses on SQL (mainly Oracle from a programmers point of view).

My boss is now trying to get me to use part of my work time to help maintain a MySQL 5 server. I don't have problems installing it and doing basic operations, but would prefer to understand more on what is happening "under the hood".
