Migrating MyISAM to InnoDB

Greetings
I'm running MySQL4.0
I have 4-5 millions production data stored in MyISAM engines, is there a way or safe way to migrate the to InnoDB since we are now having more INSERTS AND UPDATES and we have to keep large data.
I have read that MyISAM have problems with corrupted tables, therefore i'm planning to move to InnoDB enigine, if possible no losing data.
Current we have 4G of MyISAM datafiles.
