I installed mysql and guitools, but now I don't know where can I enter the code to create tables etc without using command line...

Which guitools did you install?

If you used the Mysql Administrator, after you create a schema/database, you select it and create tables from within the Administrator.

I have mysql-gui-tools-5.0-r12-win32

I have access to the administrator, with tabs like server information, service control, startup variables, user administration, etc... but I can't see where to create tables.

Also, is schema the same as database?
