I want to know the software name or link for software through which we can get time taken by any query in maximum extent(0:0000000....)

I don't know of any software that does timing to that level of granularity. Curiously why do you need it? Is the mysql cmd line tool not enough information for you (to the thousandth of a second) ?

I use this in my apps because it just looks cool.

You can do it with php. Not sure about anything else though.
