how can we search on the bases of case sensitive foe example

Mysql

and

mysql

individually

how can we apply like keword for this

Do you see the _ci part of the collation? That means CASE INSENSITIVE, which is NOT what you are after. You need _bin as this is equivalent to _cs in the UTF8 Charset
