Exporting to Excel or CSV

When using PHP MyAdmin to export tables, regardless if I export it to Excel or CSV, I get html markup language for ",', characters and what not.

Is there a way around this so I don't have to do a bunch of Find and Replaces once I open the data up in Excel?
