OK, I'm at a loss here. I've been doing mysql backups with ibbackup for about ten months now. I've been successfully running replicated hot backups for months as well. All of a sudden, I can't get a clean backup from ibbackup. I'm sure this is partly the result of not testing backups daily. I'm doing this now, but I'm consistently getting errors in the backup. I've used innochecksum against the production system and everything checks out. I run the same against the backup and several tables fail. The tables are not the same day to day. I'm running MySQL 5.0.45, Centos 4.5 Linux x86_64, ibbackup 3.0. Any suggestions are hugely welcome.
