I need some urgent help on how to create an SQL query to update table, Please look at the link below, it explains a new way of storing heirarcy data in DB, parent - child relationship, I am trying to see how to fire a query through which I do a re-ordering of a node.

I can do delete/edit/add, confused on shift. And i am not good in sql , I have attached my php program.
