Go Back  dBforums > Database Server Software > MySQL > dump a db on a navicat then put it on the server

hi everyone , actually im a newbie in programming so.. im gonna need every ounce of help. so here goes :

i have a database in my localhost named hostel. But our instructor says to put that database or provide a copy of that database to the server. how do i dump a db on a navicat then put it on the server???.... help me! please...
