Best place for mysql hosting?
I'm looking for a site that will allow me to setup a form, that will automatically enter data into tables in a mysql database.

Godaddy doesn't allow users to write to their tables (thanks for the advance warning goflabby )

What do you mean "Godaddy doesn't allow users to write to their tables"? What exactly is your form trying to do that Godaddy is prohibiting?
