convert select into insert.

hi everybody,

How do i convert this insert statement into select statement

INSERT INTO tblStatHourlySpeedDetail (fldDailyID,fldMinSpeed,fldMaxSpeed,fldHour,fldCou nt,fldCountA) VALUES (?,?,?,?,?,?)

Any help will be appreciated.
