can any one tell me Is a there any tool to migrate DB2 to MySQL

yup
oddly enough its called the MySQL Migration toolkit
available as part of the GUI Desktop tools, downloadable from the MySQL website

no, that's not the reason

why don't you go to the mysql site yourself and look for the tool to migrate DB2 to MySQL
