How to insert Arabic and Cyrillic characters?

Hi,
I'm using PHP as server-side development language. My problem is how to insert Arabic and Cyrillic characters in MySQL table. Below is the details of my table:

Engine: MyISAM
Charset: utf8
Collation: utf8_general_ci
