Absolutely Brand New - Not even installed yet

We are looking at bringing in MySQL for a new little web application to be used in-house. I picked up a book by Kevin Yank - "Build your own database driven website" (1st on I found at the library). Seems pretty straight-forward. As I've been a SQL Server DBA/developer for quite some time, I don't believe the learning curve is going to be too difficult. Having said all that, any suggestions on other materials/links that would aid in bringing me up to speed? Again, it initially is for a small site for our IT staff, kind of a proving ground for MySQL in our environment, not as a replacement (we also run Oracle) but as a complement to what we already have. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
