INNODB problem

Yesterday we did a format and we setup again our windows 2003 server.
There we have a xampp server, we made a back-up and restore of xampp.
We put then the files of xampp at the sαme directory with the same config etc.
But now the innodb tables do not work, we can not read them.
The Myisam tables are all ok.
What may we do to fix that?
