well seeing as the default installation for MySQL is port 3306 then I'm guessing virtually any MySQL hosted website. however most ISP's hide their database server inside their firewall so external programs or scripts cannot access the db directly, they have to go through the webserver.

I've no doubt that any ISP you are talking to will be able to provide whatever information you need to connect (legitimately) to their servers
