How can I generate script for MySQL database and tables.
I want to run it on another MySQL instance so that to have the same database schema.

Do we have anything like MS SQL Server Generate Script Wizard in MySQL?

yeah, it's called mysqldump and it comes with the product

alternatively, every front end app (phpmyadmin, sqlyog, hiedisql, etc.) has this functionality, usually under the Export file menu
