In my mysql with this max_user_connections = 100. How do I see how many connections are open now in phpmyadmin?

For my bank is giving error 1226, and I wanted to follow up these connections.

is there any way to close all connections by the shell or phpmyadmin?

If you do not have a place, where I see where you have this data.

The easiest way is to use the MYSQL Administration GUI. You can see all the open connections and kill them off if you need to.
