Question Data Mapping
Is there a somewhat user friendly application/GUI that would allow one to automatically copy data from one mysql database and map it to another completely different database (different table/column names) without changing the structure of either database?

Data mapping
You might want to look at DBMoto by HiT Software - HiT Software : Database Replication, XML Mapping, ODBC drivers, OLE DB providers, JDBC drivers, .NET data providers

They map all different databases.
