Date issues

In the past I have used the following query but now in 2010 is stopped working! Any clues?

SELECT
key_esa
, album_esa
, image_esa
, title_esa
, sub_title_esa
, body_esa
, date_esa
, order_esa
, display_esa
FROM essay
WHERE display_esa =4
And date_esa >= CURRENT_DATE - INTERVAL 120 DAY
AND date_esa < CURRENT_DATE
ORDER BY date_esa ASC

My mistake

The query works, i just didn't have any events fresher that 120 days!
