Could not start service MySQL - reinstall

My Vista crashed and I try to reinstall MySQL.
I have tried about 10 times and searched google up and down. Cannot do it.
I am using standard config.
Now I noticed the err file has this:

Tried
1) delete old install folder
2) data folder in application data folder
3) mysql registry (using regedit)

reinstall and still got the same error.
