memberspeed and vbulletin connection

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a programmer who can connect these two. The problem I am having is that I have a membership site that uses both, but has two different databases. The user can only sign up for the vbulletin within the memberspeed site. But once the user cancels their membership to the memberspeed site - they still have access to the forum. To top things off they can sign up with two different username/passwords for both.

I'm trying to find a solution to clean up the mess so that the same username/password will work for both and remove access to the vbulletin when the memberspeed is canceled so they dont have to sign up for each seperate (the sign in form for vbulletin is with the memberspeed member area). Hope I didn't lose everyone here.

Thanks in advance.
