I am working in phpMyAdmin

this is a project site for school and is not a live site..

I'm trying to figure out how I can change Country and City to be all the same in all the Country / City box's....

what I mean is I need to change whatever is in the Country box's to "CA"
and
change whatever is in the City box's to "London"

there is just over 3000 of them and I just got tired of trying to do it all by hand...

my question is...is there an easier way?

any help would be great....
