I've been trying to search the MySQL forum but I keep getting a error and the results are getting run against all of the different forum topics.

So, while this may have been covered to death :-), I would like to know how to better tune my copy of MySQL. I have tried the mysqltuner.pl script but it keeps telling me the same thing. So I would like to know what everyone else does to tune their MySQL database. Are there any good OpenSource or Paid tools to help?
