Hi
I want to eventually create a fantasy football database (Mysql & PHP), but as a newbie I would initially like to just create a database that has the list of teams in a league, fixture list & results of games.

Could anyone advise me of what (& how many) the tables should be named and if there is any relation to the other tables. I get a mental block when trying to read about how it's done so just looking for help to take the first step. Hopefully from that I'll have a much clearer understanding of the process of creating tables etc and expand the database myself as my knowledge increases.

I appreciate any information anyone can provide.
