Perhaps you can help me..

I wanted to translate the "description" column from English to German. The column contains text and some random images for a small travel site. I exported the table containing the descriptions as a Word .doc file using PHPMyAdmin and it was quite convenient to grab the text from the column and translate it.

I am done with the translation which is ready and would like to restore the database which I have saved under a different name. How do I go about this reverse process? Of course, the first step would be to replace the English description with the German one.

How do I send or upload the table back to the Database using PHPMyAdmin?
