i am new to MySql i had taken a backup from a database 1 and unfortunately i restored it in other database 2 i don't have a backup of database 2 how can i restore or recollect the previous data for the database 2 any help thanks in advance

Did the previous backup drop each of the tables and recreate them or drop the database and recreate it? If this happened then there is not hope of getting your data back. However, if it simply added data to the database you may try to find differences in the data between the same tables in database 1 and database 2. However, this might still not return all of your data.
