i'm confused...

i just installed Apache 2.4 from the website (apache.org)...

and when it ran the installation, the application pulled the "server name" and "server location" from the cable modem company (my ISP)...

when i tried to Start Apache from the console window, it tells me:

Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted . : make sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80

no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs


WHAT is going on and what does this mean????
