select multiple occurances

I have a table
table - col1, col2

I want to select those records which have multiple occurances of same combination of col1 and col2.
i.e.

Table
-------------
col1 col2
---------------
a a
a b
b c
a a

I want to select the records having a combination of (a,a)

SELECT * FROM Table WHERE col1 = col2
