Arrow timestamp for database required

My database servers are present at three different locations. All the databases servers, at the three different locations, are always in synchronization with each other. Any database change at any location is replicated across all the servers. I have three databases , db1, db2 and db3. The internet user inserts the record in db1 . The same data is replicated in db2 and db3.
Is there any way by which we can ensure which database is updated first.Whether data is replicated in db2 first or in db3 first.
am using, mySQL - php- apache.

if anyone wanna help plz add me in ur messanger
