Question OLAP and/or PivotTable for MySQL

Does anyone know of a OLAP product that works with MySQL. I read a news story about DAT-A, but can't find further info.
We basically would like to have something that functions like an Excel PivotTable, but connecting via ODBC to MySQL.
PivotTables do connect, but they are not efficient in their query of the db and easily max out resources even querying a few hundred thousand records.

Thanks,
Warren.
