MyODBC on Windows 2003 Server (solution)

I could not get MyODBC to work on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise. The problem was that the install routine put the myodbc3.dll in my user's local /WINDOOWS directory instead of the system32 directory.

After copying to the sytem32 directory, it worked fine.
