Hi all,
I'm working on W2K environment, running IIS, and after succesfully
downloading and installing drivers myODBC-2.50, myODBC-3.51 and
mySQL-4.0 as well, I restarted and winmysqladmin.exe 's window pops
up, its light is even green, but it's never responding.

Does anybody have any clue about what could be happening?

I had the same problem.

Try to go to services and stop/run MySQL service. Maybe you have a bad configuration file.
