Pass parameters to next page and insert into database

Hi

I need to do the above but dont know how. Has anyone got any suggestions. I am using php.

I want parameters to get passed to a script on another domain, and get passed to a script on my server at the same time.......is it possible.

Form action only has one option.

Please help.
