Subforms or linked forms like in MS Access?

Anybody has examples or PHP code for Form-Subform type of page, in PHP/MySQL, similar to MS Access?

I am trying to solve one MainForm/DetailsForm problem - actually I am converting MS Access database to the Web - I found PHP/MySQL as optimal solution, but I do not have solution for Form/Subform issue.

Anybody has a good example for this??
