I am using phpMyAdmin 2.5.6 to administer MySQL 4.0.17-standard with PHP 4.3.2 and Apache 2.0. Anyway, I setup a localhost account with global priviliges. For some reason, however, I cannot add new users. While I am in phpMyAdmin I can do everything, but GRANT. I readded GRANT permissions (it shows up) and even FLUSHed the 'mysql:user' table. Any idea what could be up? Another point is that we upgraded from MySQL 3.23...

Okay, so it's been awhile. I figured FLUSHing thables would have the same effect....I guess not. Problem solved.
