Foxpro Accessing to MY-SQL

I hv A solution on a Windows platform where My-SQL data can be accessed using foxpro.But when it comes to a Novell platform i m not able to connect to my-sql server.
Basically a dumb node(diskless pc) boots from the novell server and logs to the same novell server.I wanted a solution for this dumb node.
