I want to know if in mysql data (content) is archived (especially in InnoDB tables).

If you mean is it backed up, no it is not.
If you mean can you use the same table from session to session and not lose your data then yes it is.

if you want to make a backup of your data use mysqldump
info about that is in the manual.
