I have to create a mysql Administrator user, to connect to the system through mysql administrator gui ....How may I do?
I have yet a WinMySqlAdmin user, but is not accepted...

Well you could just write the SQL code, but what I do is use MySQL Conrol Center here . The first time you will have to connect using the root user, then create a user for the CC and login using that user name and password, form there chang the root password away from its default, and create any other users you want. The software is pretty self explanitory, especialy if you know a little bit about databases, even if it wasn't a MySQL database.
