DB Help - 'INSERT'

Hi,
I'm pretty new to this DB thing, the main problem i'm having is that i'm trying to insert data from my site into a MySql DB. I can retreve data and show it on my site, but I ca'nt seem to Insert data. Can anyone help me out here.
I've even tryed programs which automatically generate PHP scripts for me but they seem to have 'SOCK' probems.
Any Idea ????? - Mike

Could you post table structure, insert query what are you using or error message what you got?

Do you have INSERT permissions on that database/table?
