I'm using winXP and running MySQL as a service. The webserver that I'm running is apache.

This is my problem:

I'm trying to host a phpbb2 forum off my pc. It works for the msot part but sometimes I get 10061 errors. This happens most often when more than 1 user is trying to access the forum page. Why is that so?

Also, when this thing happens, all other apps that use my mysql db can't work... like phpmyadmin. I can't even connect to the server using mysql -u -p thingy. Its as if the server crashed. After awhile it goes back on.

Any idea why this happens?
