After installing (and un-installing) Namo WebBoard on my Windows XP home, MySQL now does not function properly (I also have it set as a system service.)

When I try starting MySQL (manually), it starts then stops immediately.
What's going on? What should I do to fix this?

What is in the error logs? Check both MySQL and the XP logs for items of interest.

Where are these logs located? (And so I know which ones you are talking about, to be sure.)

I looked into Event Viewer for WinXP but I couldn't find anything in Apps, System, and Security tabs.
