The server I use suffered a DDOS attack yesterday. I use Invision Board for one of my communities and it knocked out the posts table. I've tried repairing it, etc, etc. but I think it's pretty much broken.

I do have a backup though! Now, last time I had to do a restore there were only 1100 posts on the forum, now there are nearly 30,000 and the SQL datafile is 24mb.

Which is the best way to get this re-imported back into the database? I imagine me having to split the file into smaller chunks and re-import it painfully bit by bit.

Or is there another way?
