So I got a task i need to do and it includes doing a entity-relationship model in visio. I have to show all entities and relationships as well as each entity should include a description of the entity, its attributes, and its primary key.Oh and each relationship needs to show its cardinality.

So far I have done what is attached.

I'm not asking anyone to do it for me. I am just wanting to know what I have done wrong and what I havent done at all, as stated above, If anyone could lend me a hand and let me know, it would be greatly appreciated

looks okay, except for Contributors, which is all messed up, the FKs are in the wrong table
