Hi all,

exp and imp are standalone command-line utilities.

In 10g you may be able to unload data using the ORACLE_DATAPUMP access driver, which is not quite the same thing, but is similar.

Go to asktom he has a java stored procedure to call the OS, I seem to remember it being called rc(). We use it to call the export utility in win2000 and it seems to work well.
