Install 9i on a 2k cluster

I've been asked to install Oracle 9i on a 2 server cluster running win2k advanced server. I've been looking for docs on how to install everything but can't seem to find what I need. I'm not using RAC. I'm installing Fail Safe 3.3.3. the information I finding says to install Oracle on node 1. Software on the system drive and databases on the cluster drive.
Then install the software on node 2.
Then install Fail Safe and configure the databases on node 2. (<--haven't figured this one out yet..)

Other things I find tell me to install Fail Safe first then install the Oracle software on both nodes then create the databases on node 1 then configure them on both nodes.
I'm beginning to get a little lost. Anyone know of a good step by step document that will tell someone how to do all of this?
They give me all of the Oracle jobs since I'm the one that knows how to spell Oracle. I've been learning everything by reading and hacking my way through things.

Thanks for any help.
Mike
