catupgrd.sql necessary if importing?

Hello,

We're upgrading one of our servers from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4. To minimize downtime, we've created another oracle home and plan to export from production and import to the new via datapump. Is it still necessary to run catupgrd.sql? This would save us at least an hour if we could bypass that.

Thanks,
Tenzil

What does the V10.2.0.4 Release Notes say to do?
