Migrate 1TB from Informix to Oracle no Apps changes

Hi All,

We have a 1TB Informix database running for 20 years now. The company decided to migrate the backend from Informix to Oracle DB. However, they do not want to touch anything on the application side. The application is running on an informix 4GL code (which the source code is not there anymore).

Questions:

How to migrate the informix DB to Oracle.
What are the tools needed?
How can the 4GL application layer can connect to the new database without changing the application side?

There is ZERO chance this will occur.
They are out of touch with reality.
This can not be done, regardless of how much money thrown at this fantasy.
