hi am very new with oracle and production support kind of thing.i want to know a bit more on this.more or less like working on support side what are all the challenges we need to face and what kind of work we need to hanle over here.what are all exceptions we can expect here from support side.also need to work on linux side.any kind of information on this will be highly appreciated.
